In order to claim, you need the following documentation:

• NEMID digital key
  In order to be able to sumbit your claim, you need your NEMID digital key. If you do not have one, please print the claim form, sign in physically and send it to us by postal mail.

  You need your policy number (If you do not know your policy number, please contact policy.norwegian@allianz.com

  Travel documentation is a copy of your travel certificate. It must state the price of the travel, number of travellers, and travel period.
